Landlord & Gas Safety Checks

If you are a landlord, you are required by law to ensure all gas appliances supplied in your rental property are Gas Safety Checked annually. A Gas Safety Check ensures all gas appliances are operating safely, so your tenants and rental property are protected against the dangers of faulty and unsafe gas appliances. 

Once complete and all is safe, we will issue a CP12 certificate. We can liase with your tenants to find a suitable appointment to help take the hassle out of arranging the check.
