In 1986 Kevin left British Gas and could see a niche in the market to set up a independent Gas servicing business. He was shortly joined by his wife Kate and in the early nineties
purchased the showroom on Gaol street where we are still based.
In 1996 they were joined by their son Robert and slowly with the help of Paul Shaw as well built up a very knowledgeable team.
Over the years we have trained apprentices and continue to do so, we believe this helps us train our engineers thoroughly and to be the best. >>

I just wanted to say thank you for being so helpful and patient while I was looking for a fire. You were so kind it was nice to come and have a look - it’s nice to be given time and attention when you are looking at a lot of the same thing and trying to make up your mind. Please will you also thank the boys for being so thoughtful when they came to install it. They told me what they were going to do, like fetch more parts, etc. before the did it and were a pleasure to have about the place - and they cleaned up after themselves so that you wouldn’t have know they had been. Rob was around the corner and came to see which was nice of him.
